REVIEW: Dusty Girls Natural Mineral Mascara

A natural mascara for sensitive eyes

Let’s face it, mascara is a bit of a pain in the bum.

A bad one can turn your eyes into spiders, it makes crying look ten times more dramatic, it’s a bitch when it gets in your eye and an abomination when you sneeze right after you’ve coated your lashes. However, all of this is even worse if you have sensitive eyes.

Luckily I don’t have sensitive eyes, but my mum does, so when I went home to England I took my Dusty Girls Natural Mineral Mascara along for the ride for her to try.

Dusty Girls Mascara review

Most mascaras make my mum’s eyes water, especially if she goes out in the harsh British wind – the poor thing gets home from work and looks like she’s been crying the whole walk.

So when I asked her to be my guinea pig for the Dusty Girls Mineral Mascara, she accepted, wore it several times and said her eyes stayed stream-free. Result!

The thin vegan formula is clump-free and basically blacks out the lashes you already have, making it ideal for a natural day look. So if you’re after a mineral mascara that really thickens and lengthens your lashes, this probably isn’t the best one for you.
