Lipstick of the Month: Coral Blush

A sun-kissed shade perfect for summer

The weather in Perth right now is a little bit ridiculous, with the past few days soaring up to and beyond 40 degrees!

I don’t really want to wear clothes right now let alone makeup, so it’s just mascara for me during the day. But when Saturday night rolls around and it cools down to about 30, it’s time for a little lipstick, natch.

This month I want a moisturising sun-kissed colour that will compliment my tan, and the one that I think does this perfectly is The Body Shop’s Colour Crush Lipstick in Coral Blush.

Coral Blush is darker than a nude with a more orange shade of coral than pink. The matte finish also tones it down – there’s enough shine on my forehead thanks.

The non-drying and vitamin rich formula means it nourishes your lips, which is a MUST right now.

Plus The Body Shop’s lipsticks are 100% cruelty free and 100% vegetarian, so you don’t have to worry about smearing any mashed up gross things on your lips (like carmine).

Finally, I love the beautiful rose scent, which is added to all of The Body Shop’s Colour Crush Lipsticks.
