4 of the Best Hand Creams

Keep your hands hydrated this winter with one of these gorgeous hand creams

Here in Perth the cold weather has started kicking in (just), which means dry, chapped, unhappy hands. But it can also mean lush hand creams and mittens! MITTENS!

Here are a few hand creams I have tried and loved, which will soothe your hands this winter.

1. Liz Earle Hand Repair, £9.75 (50ml)

This natural formula from Liz Earle glides on to nourish your hands, nails and cuticles. The gentle cream rich in vitamin E and essential oils calms your dry hands, leaving them with a lavender scent. The formula is a perfect consistency too – not too thick, not too thin, and absorbs easily into thirsty skin.

2. Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater Hand Therapy, $28 (100ml)

Crabtree & Evelyn’s bestselling age-defying Rosewater hand cream also treats your nails and cuticles. It’s scented with roses, yet rich in Shea butter to leave your hands feeling and smelling like petals. The formula is thinner than the others, so a little goes a long way. Crabtree & Evelyn have just repackaged their hand creams, and they now come in far nicer plastic tubes instead of these foil ones.

3. Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector, $17.95 (100ml)

I’ve used this hand cream for years and still can’t get enough of the smell (is that a bad thing?). After just one or two uses the thick formula fills in the cracks in your hands, leaving them soft and soothed. It’s a well priced bestseller around the globe, which you’ll understand if you’ve tried it already.

4. Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Hand Cream, $3.39 (60g)

It wouldn’t be a Palmer’s product without that heavenly scent of cocoa butter. Priced at just $3.39, this Vitamin E rich cream, can also be rubbed into your feet, knees and elbows.
